Insurance Coverage for BeScreenedTM-CRC
BeScreened™-CRC reimbursement coverage and payments are subject to each patient’s individual plan’s deductible and co-pay policy. Please check with the patient’s policy and contact the applicable payer customer service representative for reimbursement coverage determination. The applicable Reimbursement CPT Code is 0163U and Diagnsotic Codes can be Z12.9, Z12.11, Z12.12 and Z12.13. BeScreened™-CRC also qualifies under all health saving account/flexible savings account (HSA/FSA) plans. While reimbursement is not guaranteed, Beacon Biomedical can bill all private insurance plans on the patients behalf including, but not limited to:

BeScreened™-CRC is not currently covered by Medicare and is only covered by Arizona AHCCCS program with pre-approval.
